Credit & Collection Officer
Description:
- Investigate credit history and standing of individuals or business establishments applying for credit. May interview applicants to obtain personal and financial data; determine credit worthiness; process applications; and notify customers of acceptance or rejection of credit application.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customers by rendering excellent customer service
- Help the company to reduce the risk of non-collection
- Keep the client’s accounts in good status through proper account management
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Relevant experience in credit & collection and/or customer relations is a huge advantage but not necessary, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate, organized and highly dependable
- Willing to do field works or to work in extended hours if necessary
- Willing to assign in any branches
