Credit & Collection Officer

Description:

  1. Investigate credit history and standing of individuals or business establishments applying for credit. May interview applicants to obtain personal and financial data; determine credit worthiness; process applications; and notify customers of acceptance or rejection of credit application.
  2. Maintain a positive relationship with the customers by rendering excellent customer service
  3. Help the company to reduce the risk of non-collection
  4. Keep the client’s accounts in good status through proper account management

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  2. Relevant experience in credit & collection and/or customer relations is a huge advantage but not necessary, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply­­
  3. Computer literate, organized and highly dependable
  4. Willing to do field works or to work in extended hours if necessary
  5. Willing to assign in any branches
